Juan Alvarado Aguilar, 37, of Cleveland, was arrested on Saturday, January 17, and is being held at the Rowan County Detention Center. He is charged with two counts of felony death by vehicle, along with DWI, left of center and no operator’s license.
When some bring race into this issue is is only purpose is to deflect from the TRUTH and defend the wicked.
On the issue of race, it is known that when he was booked he was listed as a “white male”
Do “they” do this to deflect, or defend or perhaps misclassify the race to villainize the white American?

As mourners gather to say goodbye to Provenza and Harris, whose funeral was held Thursday, lawmakers are pointing to Aguilar’s immigration status and alleged criminal history as evidence of broader public safety failures they say demand immediate action.

It’s clear to me that the thugs who want to be ICE agents are folks who in previous times would have been quickly rejected or ousted from law enforcement or military positions because of their hateful rhetoric, or criminal behavior. They have been waiting for much of their lives to “stick it to us lousy filthy liberal commie faggots” … to “give us what we deserve” … to “show us our place”… and to “own the ‘libs!” ICE has given them their chance to live out their dreams and they don’t care about any criticism from media, clergy or government representative. They are LOVING it!
There are many more of them out there, too, cheering at the FOX reports of the latest ICE outrage. They download the videos of protesters being beaten, pepper-sprayed, gassed, and killed, so they can watch them over and over and over again. As they watch, they literally are jumping up and down and cheering like they’re watching a football game. Then they are applying to ICE for their chance to do these things themselves.
You do know that more than half of the agents are from Mexico and South America? Makes it easy to doubt the veracity of what you are saying.

Ivory Smith A 7-year-old Black girl was killed in a drunk driving crash in Houston, Texas, in December 2024. The driver, Joel Enrique Gonzalez Chacin, a Venezuelan national in the U.S. illegally, had an immigration detainer lifted months prior to the incident.
Larisha Sharell Thompson In May 2025, a South Carolina mother of two was fatally shot in an alleged random attempted robbery. Six individuals, identified as illegal aliens (ages 13 to 21), were charged in connection with her murder.
Billy, Zabar, Krishaun, and Kason McKellar Four members across three generations of the McKellar family were killed in a multi-vehicle crash on I-20 in Texas in June 2025. The driver, a Cuban national, fell asleep at the wheel of an 18-wheeler he was operating.
FBI crime statistics show that immigrants — both legal and illegal — commit crimes at a much lower rate than good-ol’ red-blooded American rednecks.
In fact, undocumented immigrants are arrested at less than half the rate of native-born U.S. citizens for violent and drug crimes and a quarter the rate of native-born citizens for property crimes. [
