Did you see his announcement last Friday the 14th on his “Worker Protection Unit”? To make say you got the idea from Unions is questionable on two points.
I believe he came into office during McAuliffe’s last year then served completely through Northam and Youngkin.
Was the Candidate not aware of the issues of Employee Misclassification in Virginia’s Construction Industry when running prior to 2017 (JLARC 427)? Was he not aware of legislation he voted for during Northam and Youngkin?

Next concern is Unions;
Are they misclassifying their employees to have this knowledge?
Do they have access to data that a sitting Representative doesn’t?

So why is he not extracting data on Undocumented Immigrants operating as Independent Contractors that are Misclassifying other Undocumented Immigrants they employ?

This is very concerning being that Democrat Governor Spanberger says we are short about 300,000 workers in residential construction. You can understand that that number is misleading without 100% accurate numbers. If not what is the ratio needed to import the amount of immigrants to fill the alleged shortfall?

During his endeavor or smokescreen he will undoubtedly have to use and or notify President Trump’s Administration or be inefficient, ineffective and complicit to Federal Labor Violations.

Being that the vast amount of Tax and Payroll Fraud (wage theft as Jones calls it) involves Illegal Aliens I believe that it needs to be handled on Centralized Law.

Maybe it’s a worthy issue this November for the Senate race and also Congressional between McGuire’s & Perrellio (they should be up to speed on it).
