UPDATE: State Board of Elections results now shows Obenshain up by 17 votes.  Fairfax has accepted 136 provisional ballots out of 493 cast.  No provisional ballots have been rejected.  No provisional ballots will be reported to the state until they have all been accepted or rejected.…
