Trump will hold a rally on Friday evening at 7:30 at the Richmond coliseum. The rally will be open to the public but a ticket will be required. Prior to the rally Trump will attend a private fundraising event. The RNC has recently decided to coordinate fundraisers with the Trump campaign. From the Richmond Times:
Emails sent to prominent Republicans and potential donors last week and on Tuesday describe a “VIP Roundtable and Photo Opportunity” with the candidate.
The latest pitch puts a $25,000-per-couple price on roundtable attendance, with a $10,000 contribution for a photo and $2,700 donation for an individual ticket.
Wow. High priced fundraiser. I have to wonder who will be attending.
There will be additional speakers at the rally including Trump’s Virginia Campaign chair and candidate for Governor, Corey Stewart, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors in Prince William County.
