Trump won the debate. The real Biden showed up.

The Media Spins Trump lied and Biden Lost.

I watched the Presidential debate last night in Falls Church with a Republican group. It was thoroughly enjoyable. I have not had so much fun watching a debate in years and Trump exceeded my expectations. I left the restaurant thinking Trump won, in fact I texted a friend that, “Trump beat him like a drum.” A Democrat friend texted me conceding, “Trump won this round.”

Why do I believe Trump won? He was calm, he seemed in total control. He avoided anger and insults. He avoided interrupting Biden, and he kept attacking him on his record. Trump won the debate because he constantly attacked, which is what you must do. He pressed Biden on the border, immigration and foreign policy. What shocked me is that Biden had no response to so many of the attacks. He offered little and in some cases no defense. Trump asked him why no one was fired for the Afghanistan withdrawal debacle. No answer. Trump pressed Biden on the rapes and murders of young women taking place by illegal aliens. Biden as a way a defense muttered something about women also being raped by non-illegals, such as by “in-laws and spouses…” He may also have added, friends and family members, but I’m not sure.

Before I left the restaurant, I did see a few seconds of the media spin. I saw Norah O’Donnell with a sour puss expression on her face announce that Joe Biden had a cold. Honestly, I didn’t notice. Biden sounded the same to me. He had the same frail, unsteady and elderly voice of a man in his 80’s.

This morning in reviewing my news feed, I quickly spotted the mainstream media’s spin on last night debate. Naturally they can’t say Biden won, which they would, if they thought that they could get away with it, but they obviously know that such a lie would be too great for anyone who watched it to swallow. And even a person that just watch a few clips would also know it is a lie. So, while they acknowledge Biden had a “bad night”, they also claimed that Trump lied. That is to the extent Trump might have come out ahead, it was purely a matter of his ‘lying’. There desperate call is clear – Fact checkers come save Biden!

Funny, as far as a candidate lying in a debate I remember 4 years ago, in the Presidential debate when Biden said his son never made money in China, they never even discussed business, and the laptop was Russian disinformation. Well, now the media is concerned about lying in a debate. But speaking of lies, Biden last night told some whoppers of his own, which the media won’t acknowledge, for example he repeated the “fine people on both sides” lie and the claim that Trump said the military was for “Suckers and losers.” And Biden last night claimed that he has the support of border agents.

But the greatest lie of all, in fact a lie that has now be exposed, is the media’s claim that Biden is fit to be President. They have sheltered and made excuses for Biden for over 4 years now. All can now see why Biden doesn’t do press conferences. All can now see that Biden is not up to the job.

Yes, we saw the real Joe Biden last night, a Biden who was rested with 9 full days of debate preparation, yet still he turned out a feeble performance. We saw the Biden who special prosecutor Robert Hur described as an “Elderly grandfather with a faulty memory.” The mainstream media attacked Hur over this “baseless” charge. But they knew Hur was spot on.

Biden stumbled, bumbled and fumbled his way through 90 excruciating and cringe worthy moments. But I had fun watching it. I look forward to the next debate.
