When I was in the military and had my hands on things marked with the letters TS, SCI, TK, NOFORN (and various other members of the alphabet as well), I knew that if I screwed up handling them in the slightest I’d pay for it. If I’d emailed it, or otherwise taken it from a secure facility, I’d be in jail.
Then I read this. Huh. The law must have changed since I served.
