The Global Socialists are clearly trying to use totalitarian methods to suppress otherwise free individuals and their nations. Elements of this totalitarian tyranny are evident in America, but there is no question that otherwise free countries and peoples have been or now are suffering the impact of dictatorial government policies and edicts.
In February 2022, Canadians revolted against the draconian covid mandates. Massive numbers of truckers and their supporters blockaded the American-Canadian border and parked their 18 wheelers and other trucks in a number of Canadian cities including the capitol of Ottawa. This non-violent protest lasted for a number of weeks but was eventually forced to disband by Justin Trudeau’s government. Now comes another and likely more serious variation of the trucker blockades – a Dutch farmer’s blockade.
Essentially, Dutch farmers have been undermined and attacked by their own government in the name of global climate control. Specifically, the Dutch government is restricting elements of the food supply that release “excessive” amounts of nitrogen into the atmosphere. The impact of these “green” policies on the Dutch farmers amounts to the confiscation of farms and the bankruptcy of farmers. There are also reports that confiscated farmlands will be used for migrant housing as part of the Great Reset.
The Dutch farmers are fighting back with actions similar to those used in Canada but with an interesting twist. Dutch farmers have not only blocked roads but the food distribution centers supplying grocery stores. Thus, grocery store shelves are increasingly bare. Significantly, the situation is no longer non-violent as the Dutch police have fired on their protesting farmers.
The Dutch farmers are not without support. Dutch fishermen are blockading Dutch ports and directly affecting the international food supply chain. Knowledge of the plight of the Dutch farmers has become known throughout Europe. Italian, Polish, French and Spanish farmers have joined in solidarity with their Dutch counterparts. The perverse and confiscatory “green” actions of European governments are viewed by thousands of farmers and millions of ordinary Europeans as destroying Europe’s agriculture industry and promoting starvation. (Note: The title of this article, “We are not Slaves. We are Farmers.” comes from an Italian farmer but has now become symbolic of the protests.)
A form of civil war between the European people and their government political elites is now underway and it isn’t just about farming. Global Socialist-inspired European governments, encouraged by organizations like the World Economic Forum, adopted “green” energy policies that limited the land for farming and all but banned using fossil fuels for energy production. However, with the Russian-Ukraine war ongoing and the European winter but a few months away, the politicians of Europe rightfully fear that there will be inadequate energy resources to power their countries. Thus, with a sudden magical wave of the political wand, natural gas and nuclear power are now considered “green” for climate control purposes. (Some European power plants are even converting back to coal.)
It appears that “green” is “green” when it is politically convenient. However, with the current situation, right now, the farmers, fishermen, truckers, and just plain citizens and subjects of these “green” and globalist totalitarian tyrannies are fighting to regain control of their lives and fortunes. It is also increasingly clear that the “green” globalist tyrants fear the people, and rightfully so as the stage is being set for another French Revolution.
Robespierre is quoted as having said, “The secret of freedom lies in educating people, whereas the secret of tyranny is in keeping them ignorant”. The great educational awakening is now underway.
