It looks like there are enough Congressmen who will vote against military action in Syria to stop Obama from taking action. The current count in the House is 227 against the authorization, with only 25 members supporting military action and 118 undecided. A majority is 218. In the Senate 27 are against it, 23 for it, and 50 are undecided. More details are here.
