I am supporting and voting for John McGuire to be the next Representative of Virginia’s 5th Congressional District. One primary reason is that as a Delegate and State Senator, McGuire has proven himself as a tried and true solid Conservative with a voting record that speaks for itself and he has proven that he can get crucial legislation passed without compromise and in a bipartisan manner even in a Democratic controlled environment.
I first hand have seen that McGuire is indeed a man for the people and a team player by the way he listens and interacts with his constituents. When not in the General Assembly you can see him out and about helping other candidates or simply just getting to know others by door knocking, visiting various communities, businesses and maybe you’ve seen him on the side of the road just waving at future constituents.
Say what you will about him but one thing’s for sure is that McGuire is a people person and a hard worker, working to not just earn the people’s vote but their trust and respect and to prove it he even gives out his personal cell phone number for others to reach out to him. (I’ve posted that and other info at the conclusion of this article)
As a professed Christian, he knows how crucially important it is for the United States to stand with Israel and has declared that he will do all he can to back and support her unapologetically without excuse and I as a Christian take this issue very seriously as should every Bible believing American. This alone is not a political issue and shouldn’t be treated as such. McGuire has been endorsed by the Republican Jewish Coalition.
McGuire supports President Donald Trump and his America First agenda and having supported him since the day he first declared his candidacy for President, McGuire has proven that he will be a very valuable asset in representing the 5th District by assuring that he will help Trump by giving him the tools, resources and any necessary means to secure our borders, boost economic growth and even keep peace with other nations without compromise of course.
Like Trump on keeping peace with other nations without compromise, McGuire has proven as a Virginia State Legislator that he can work with Democrats to get things done and crucial legislation passed, doing things other Republicans couldn’t do. McGuire even went as far as to get an eight year problem solved by waltzing right into the Democratic Caucus Meeting Room (the only Republican brave enough to do so) to get this specific issue solved and guess what? He did just that!

As a Navy Seal, McGuire knows first hand of the retaliation and hostility against our nation, over in the middle east ect so what better asset than a Navy Seal to assist our Commander in Chief Donald Trump? And I’m sure y’all remember what Trump was able to do with the situation in North Korea!
Going back to the way he reaches out to the people I also believe that McGuire can unite Virginians and even bring in support from Independents and Moderate voters as well as drawing in tremendous support from solid Conservatives and grassroots leaders alike which shows once again he, like Trump can bring others together for the welfare of our nation, once again without compromise.
As I conclude this article, my purpose is to bring to light of McGuire’s accomplishments, character traits and what he can bring to the table, not to bring negativity upon nor bad mouth his opponent incumbent Representative Bob Good but you’re probably wondering why am I supporting McGuire over him?
Representative Good, a man who I personally looked up to and supported both in 2020 and 2022 has shown in recent months by his actions and words both in and outside of Washington that he is no longer the man for the job. Bob is still my brother and I love him, however I feel as if we need better representation in the 5th and that McGuire is who we need representing us in Congress.
With that being said I hope that by prayer and consideration that if you live in Virginia’s 5th Congressional District that you will give John McGuire your vote to be our next Representative.
Early voting for the Virginia Primary Election starts Friday, May 3rd and the Official Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, June 18th.

Some facts here;
In 2022 Virginia GA Republican State Senator John McGuire voted for SB121.
His vote in support of this bill now allows illegal aliens to work in Virginia’s Construction Industry as “Unlicensed Independent Contractors”. We know this to be true based on OSHA/DOLI violations that were previously issued to illegal aliens that were operating in Virginia as Unlicensed Contractors in spite of then Licensing requirements of
Statute 54.1-1100.

I can come into Appomattox or Appomattox County purchase a Building Permit for a new home and the proceed to subcontract any or all aspects of of the construction to illegal aliens, issue them a 1099 even though they do not carry a Workers Compensation Policy nor have a VEC account number for their illegal alien employees knowing that Youngkin’s Department of Commerce, DPOR (Overseen by Dept of Comm), Workers Compensation Commission, VEC or Va Department of Taxation will NOT do a darn thing to me (thanks to McGuire).
Now that we know McGuire supported SB121 which created this debacle and he lacked the ability to foresee this he is not capable of making decisions for Virginia on a National level.
The Border is open and open to many folks from all over the world. Some of these folks coming are for better opportunities, some for the handouts and some to do harm or trafficking labor, SB121 provides the opportunity for those traffickers along with a means of surviving for those who would like to do harm.
On this forum you have the opportunity to debate the benefits of SB121 (none) and defend what I have written and about McGuire’s support of that legislation.
I don’t believe Bob Good would have voted to allow illegal aliens to conduct illegal commerce, tax fraud and worker’s compensation fraud in Appomattox like McGuire did.
John standing on SB121 should be able to immediately tell you how many jobs that created for Veterans and how it prevents the subcontracting to illegal aliens, also how it compels the “independent contractor” to be compliant with many Virginia laws, including; 40.-1-11.1, The Virginia Employment Compensation Act also Workers Compensation requirements.
C’mon now I’m not an elected official, lobbyist nor a Navy Seal, just a simple working man, a voter.
