April 16, 10th district convention at Stone Bridge High School, 43100 Hay Road, Ashburn, Virginia, 20147. Registration shall begin at 8:30 o’clock a.m. and close at 10:00 o’clock a.m. EDT Everyone in line at 10:00 o’clock a.m., the said closing time, may still be registered if otherwise eligible.
