Below are 3 videos containing information about the “Equity Training” Fairfax County employees are receiving to help make white employees less racist. (These videos came from a Fairfax County employee who has been subjected to this ‘training”.) Each video is only 2+ minutes long and is well worth watching. Taxpayers’ money is being spent on this “training” for white people.
In the first video the information presented to employees says all white people are inherently racist and they need to hard work on that. They have suggestions for how to do that. It also says the police force should be abolished and we all need to get it out of heads that police are in any way heroic.
The second video lists anti-racism resources such as the “1619 project”, “75 Things White People Can Do for Racial Justice” (it’s actually 103 things), and “White Privilege”. Included in 75 things is to defund the police. All of these Fairfax Equity programs seem to lean heavily on defunding (abolishing) the police.
The third video content from Fairfax County equity training is “Save the Tears: White Woman’s Guide.” It claims the police are murder squads for white women and therefore, once again, they should be defunded. (You can’t make this garbage up.)
Taxpayers are funding ALL of these programs. Why are citizens tolerating it? Will Fairfax County be forced to abolish its own police department?
