Republican Larry Hogan announced today that he will run for Senate in Maryland. The current occupant of the seat, Bill Cardin (D), is not running for re-election.
“I am running for the United States Senate – not to serve one party – but to stand up to both parties, fight for Maryland, and fix our nation’s broken politics. It’s what I did as Maryland’s governor, and it’s exactly how I’ll serve Maryland in the Senate. Let’s get back to work,” Hogan said on Twitter announcing his bid.

“not to serve one party – but to stand up to both parties”
Say you’re a Democrat without saying you’re a Democrat.
“Stand up to” is the quote, not for. He doesn’t cowtow to Trump so that makes him a “hostile”? Please feel free to define hostile in your world. Lockstep or nothing, hey? It’s one thing to favor your chosen candidate but absolute fealty is bad look for a supposedly freedom loving AmeriCan.
At this point in America our candidates should NOT be running to;
“stand up for both parties”
We have seen countless policies and legislation that are touted by elected representatives that hose Americans.
Hogan is a Never Trumper and that makes him a hostile to the Trump Voter.
Hogan is Party First nothing more.
Nail every Republican candidate down on these issues;
1) Border Security
2) National Security
3) United Nations Funding and what is is spent on.
4) World Health Organization Funding and what it is spent on.
5) Position on American President committing to Treaties that call for The United States to import international unskilled “farm labor”
6) The growth of HB visas
Enough of the TransRepublicans God knows we already have way to many of them in Virginia.
And tell Hogan to keep his Maryland illegal aliens up there where he wants them.
America First.
