Last weekend former Delegate, and candidate for Richmond Mayor, Joe Morrissey married his 20 year old baby mama at his farm overlooking the James River in eastern Henrico county before an audience of 250 guests. Morrissey is 58. Myra Warren aka Myrna Pride was the young woman for whom Morrissey spent 17 months in jail because of their relationship when she was 17 years old. They have since had two children together. Both of those children were in the wedding as was Morrissey’s three year old daughter by another baby mama. She was the flower girl.

The former delegate has five children and this was his first marriage. The bride wore a gorgeous Maggie Sottero gown of white lace over gold.
About his bride Morrissey said,
““She is the most beautiful person in the world — both inside and out,” Mr. Morrissey said. “She is an ‘old soul,’ and the love of my life.”
