Chairman Peake does not know where Youngkin and Reid’s relationship currently stands but believes the Party would benefit from a public reconciliation.

John Reid may garner support statewide from conservatives fans who know him, but will cost support of conservative Christians who are upset with his flippant brushing off of porn, drag, and gay marriage, will provide democrats with fodder for many attack ads and finally may cause independents and apolitical folks to not show up in November.
