As most people know, Freedom Works is one of the major grass roots conservative organizations in the USA. Freedom Works was founded to break down the barriers between Washington DC and the grass roots conservatives throughout our great nation. Freedom Works has been on the front lines of every major battle near and dear to movement conservatives since the 1980’s. From taking on Common Core to the repeal of Obama Care to sound fiscal policies, Freedom Works has been doing the heavy lifting so that the grass roots activists can learn what is going on in their government in Washington DC.
Earlier this week, Freedom Works honored our very own 6th District Congressman Ben Cline as their “Member of the Month” for July 2019. Ben has been an outstanding champion of the Liberty movement since he entered the Virginia House of Delegates back in the early 2000’s. Ben has been a leader when it comes to protecting the rights of the citizens vs. the necessity of law enforcement to find and apprehend a perpetrator. Ben is also the only VA congressman with a 100% rating from Freedom Works.
Many of us in CD 6 consider having Ben Cline represent us to be one of the great privileges of living in the Shenandoah or Roanoke Valley. And I am proud to not only call Ben Cline my Congressman, but to call him a friend as well.
