October finance reports are available at VPAP.org.
Below is the amount of money raised in our most competitive senate districts from October 1st to the 26th. Once again, Democrats, the party of the rich, have raised more money than Republicans in almost every race. But the energy we’re seeing around the commonwealth for Republican candidates has been impressive. Republicans are very fired up! Vote now!

My solution to the problem of too much money being wasted in elections–change the law so that you can make unlimited donations to any race whatsoever. The catch is that all the money gets divided evenly among all the candidates that are running. No direct donations to candidates, which includes candidates donating to themselves. If you get an in-kind donation, that value goes into the pot too. By eliminating the corrupting influence of donations, then the candidates will have to run on their platform. Money would quickly drain out of politics, and we would all be better for it.
Jobs that pay 18 k are getting politically funded in the millions… geez I wonder what other compensation the political sock puppets get..
