The conservative champion in the House of Delegates, Delegate Bob Marshall, has been making calls for volunteers in the 10th district to help him with a possible run for Congress. Yesterday he told me that the response has been excellent across the district. With the filing deadline looming on February 15, Delegate Marshall must soon decide if he will run.
Delegate Marshall has a consistent record of standing strong for every conservative issue in the House of Delegates. There is no conservative battle that Delegate Marshall hasn’t taken on. He is currently fighting Mark Herring’s refusal to enforce Virginia’s Marriage Amendment. Marshall sponsored the Marriage Amendment in 2006 and has now asked the Virginia bar to take action against Mark Herring for his refusal to defend the law.
Delegate Marshall is asking for help across the 10th district from conservative volunteers. If you would like to volunteer, or discuss his possible run for Congress, call him on his cell phone, 571-409-0588 or reach him at [email protected]. If he receives enough volunteer support across the district he will run in the 10th district Firehouse Primary on April 26th.
(Another cause Delegate Marshall is championing here in a link from the drudgereport.com. I hope all of our delegates will support this bill.)
