The January 6 narrative of the Democrats is one that assumes it’s based on fact and absolute truth. That no opinion matters other than the supposed factual statements of anyone from the corporate press and their partners, the Democrats.
Look no further than the latest example with former RNC Chair, Ronna McDaniel. She was recently hired by NBC only to be fired weeks later after Chuck Tood, Rachel Maddow and Joe Scarborough threw live on-air hissy fits because of this new hire.
Their reason?
When McDaniel was RNC Chair, she was a part of the “big lie” and helped President Trump challenge the election results. Because according to our overlords in the press, it’s a basic undebatable fact that Trump is a “threat to democracy” since he’s an “election denier.” Therefore, how on earth can NBC hire someone that helped him?
The magnitude of their blowup shouldn’t be understated. They called out their own bosses in unison on-air, one right after the other. You see, since NBC hired McDaniel, that means that their January 6 hysteria is based on political opinion, not fact or truth, as they would like to convince the public.
And the Democrats aren’t the arbiters of what is true and what isn’t. With McDaniels’ hiring, NBC personalities realized that the general public might actually see that they aren’t in fact the arbiters of truth, and start to question their January 6 narrative.
That’s why they freaked out. It’s not because NBC hired a Republican, it’s because they hired a Republican that helped the boogie man they say threatens America. So it’s no longer fact, it’s just their political opinion because their own bosses just hired the person that defended the person they said is a “threat to America.”
All that nonsense goes down the drain now because hiring a person that defends someone that is supposedly a “threat to America” means the people that give you your paycheck don’t think so.
They sit in a house of lies.
There’s a crack in the armor now. No more can they sit on their pedestals and try to be the arbiters of fact and truth when talking about who’s a “threat” and “democracy ending” if Trump is elected.
That is purely political opinion and not based on any truth whatsoever. My point is not to litigate January 6th or the lead up, my point is this is all a matter of political discourse that is fully inbounds. It doesn’t warrant the hysterical rants by the Democrats while Big Tech and the corporate media amplify them.
It’s also hard to believe that people who are actively tearing down our traditions and institutions were this appalled and upset over the questioning of an election result and a protest. Spare me the mellow drama with your “threat to democracy” and the “protecting of institutions.”
What do they think brought Trump in power in 2016? It was their smug attitudes and their deliberate deconstruction of the American foundation.
Leaving behind tens of billions of $$$ in military equipment isn’t a “threat to democracy”; prosecuting your political opponent based on BS is fine; censuring online communication is in the name of “saving democracy”; and we’re supposed to believe that their words are based on pure fact and truth when talking about the 2020 election and January 6, and they are the ones trying to “save democracy.”
It doesn’t work like that. And the hiring and firing of Ronna McDaniel proved just how hollow the ground is that the Democrats are standing on.

You should have called for a ban on watching NBC and MSNBC. And, more importantly a call for Republicans to stop buying products that are advertised on NBC and MSNBC. Cut the head of the snake, not the tail and go after their advertising dollars. Focus on products that advertise on Meet the far left press, focus on the Maddow show, the Scarborough show, by putting up a list of their advertisers and urge Trump supporters to stop financing, supporting, and paying the bills of the far left, wac job, media circus.
Just spitting out words when there is a clear solution accomplishes little. Best Wishes!
Very good idea. Meet the press does not have an overwhelming number of sponsors and I found only one that I deal with.
Ronna will have to sue to get any shred of reputation back. She abandoned the gop thinking that she could break bread with democrats. Not possible, and she has no escape back to the GOP. This is a lesson for all republicans, particularly those who have RINO leanings.
