Over 400 Republicans turned out to vote today in the race for Chairman of 11th district Republicans. The results were very close, with only 8 votes separating the two candidates. Mike Ginsberg won over Freddy Burgos.
Also today the 11th district Republicans had a Firehouse Primary to choose their candidate to run for Congress against Democrat Congressman Gerry Connolly. The five Republican candidates can be found here. The polls closed at 4:00 but it’s unlikely there will be a quick tally because it was a rank choice ballot. We will report the results as soon as they are available.
