In light of the shootings today on Capitol Hill, Gillespie, Vogel, and Adams have canceled their Victory Tour around the state scheduled for today. The following statement was issued by Gubernatorial candidate Ed Gillespie:
Due to the today’s events, 2017 Republican gubernatorial nominee Ed Gillespie will join Lieutenant Governor nominee Jill Vogel and Attorney General nominee John Adams in prayer at the planned Fairfax stop. All other events today have been cancelled.
