It’s Not Just Trump – They’re Coming After You

Using the “show trial” model straight out of the Soviet Union’s playbook popularized by the mass murdering monster, Joseph Stalin, a corrupt court in a very corrupt New York City, officiated by a very corrupt buffoon masquerading as a judge, has returned a guilty verdict against former President Donald J. Trump. All without articulating or proving a single crime. Nor is there even a tiny speck of evidence that the former and soon-to-be new President knew details about the accounting of legal fees for the so-called “hush money” paid to Ms. Porn Star,  since it’s not illegal. The accounting parody was merely used as a foil to reach the verdict.

But that isn’t what the case is about, to begin with. This fight is no longer about Donald J. Trump. My friends, welcome to your future. It’s breathtakingly close to becoming the norm, not the exception, in the legal ecosystem. The goal of destroying the Republic demands the sacrifice of the rule of law and the precept of innocent until proven guilty.

It is, left uncorrected, another critical victory by Antonio Gramsci’s “long march” through the American legal institution – hitherto the nation’s crown jewel. First, you infest it with radicals – then you slowly cripple it, then dismantle it completely. (It’s the same formula used for our educational institutions, government agencies like the FBI, the nation’s history, statutes, etc.)

Interested readers already know the not-to-hard-to-get facts. They have been amply explained by commentators on both the right and the left, aghast that this has been engineered in the American justice system against a candidate for president.

In sum, the façade of the 34-count guilty verdict of the former President was hung over no underlying crime. The President, through his attorney, paid so-called hush money with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to a woman claiming to be a former lover (with whom he denies having an affair). The Federal Election Commission had already declined to penalize, much less charge, the Trump organization with a crime concerning this non-campaign payment since this is well-litigated territory and such private or business payments are not against the law. The alleged finagling of business records would only be a felony if they were employed to cover up a crime, yet the prosecution never alleged a crime during the trial. Go figure.

It is also worth noting that thousands of NDAs, settlements, employment contracts, and out-of-court settlements are handled and accounted for in this manner every day. (This writer has signed dozens of NDAs for employment and contracts, with and without payment, of one kind or another over the years.)

[This same legal theory was used in the prior New York trial over the Trump Organization’s supposed loan fraud. If you’ve ever refinanced your home, you understand that the value of your property is objective, and the bank may or may not accept the value presented. Or they may consider the value secondary to your financial capacity to repay. President Trump’s bank testified that it happily accepted the valuations based on his company’s capacity to carry the debt. It is done thousands of times every day in this country. The loans were repaid as agreed, yet another New York jury found that fraud was committed – proving you can’t fix stupid.]

But the facts are irrelevant in lawfare. Following Stalin’s famous dictum, “Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime,” this is how you start a dumpster fire in the legal world.

And so it is now ablaze.

Using the corrupt legal system against political opponents is only the first step. The use or even the threat of legal annihilation of citizens is the goal. Suppose your objective is to cow the population into submission on public policy or personal finances. What better way than to use the “legal industry” erected around billions of dollars of public money and teaming hoards of radical attorneys, judges, and magistrates to threaten and jail anyone who causes trouble or sticks their head up. (Next will be the assault and replacement of county sheriffs nationwide.) Your business, life, and family won’t be safe once the legal industry finishes breaking the system down to state courts like you witnessed in New York. You will comply, or you will be brought to heal and destroyed. (This is yet another reason why the massive metadata collection by the government on every citizen is so dangerous.)

Another aspect of the Trump prosecutions that has not been fully examined is how a state like New York can flip a federal issue and suborn it into a state crime without legal repercussions. It is a grave time for the Republic. Colorado and other states were only stopped by the Supreme Court at the last minute when they wanted to hijack the national election by removing Donald J. Trump from the state ballot. This is another attempt to break down the federal system where states can corrupt and force results in national elections, which we saw most blatantly when the  Pennsylvania Supreme Court changed existing state election law in 2020 before the election.  

How can the federal system install controls that can restrict and discipline the states when they attempt to usurp the power reserved to the federal courts in the Constitution? Is it too late for our feeble elected representatives to correct this?

In the end, the power moves being made by states are designed to immobilize you, demoralize you, and control you as sovereign citizens. If you believe in the Constitutional Republic – that liberty is consolidated in the Bill of Rights, especially the freedom to worship and freedom of speech, then the time has come. Is it the Constitution and freedom? Or the globalist new world order? Is it being a free citizen or a bonded serf?

Don’t let anyone lie to you. We can never forget nor forgive those who started this fight. It was the ultra radicals and the thugs in power who have brought us to this moment. It is they that have shredded the Constitution and all pretense of civility, decency and legality.

Unfortunately, most elected Republicans will run for the tall grass. They and their lackeys will blather on about “respecting” the process, even though it was illegal. They will whine and cry about getting along with tyrants and bandits because “we’re not like them, or “we’re better than that.” They are quislings to the American contract, to the American story. In the end, they are as dangerous as the radical thugs. If the vast majority of middle America doesn’t stand up now and speak, act, and vote like free men and women, then there will be nothing between us and tyranny.
