The month of June ended in a crescendo of curious quotes.
“We’re here! We’re Queer! And we’re coming for your children!” was once again uttered at the recent New York City PRIDE parade thus further confirming concerns about the LGBTQ intention to groom kids. The leaders of the PRIDE parade passed it off as the mocking of heterosexuals.
“Today’s Supreme Court decision is a direct attack on Black people. No Black person will be able to succeed in a merit-based system which is exactly why affirmative-action based programs were needed. Today’s decision is a TRAVESTY!!!” said Democrat operative Erica Marsh. The backtracking and blaming of Trump commenced almost immediately.
“Grunt”, the latest commercial of Bud Light. If you hire pro football players to make a commercial they are supposed to be too stupid to do anything but grunt while chugging a beer. While Bud Light was fighting with the transgender Dylan Mulvaney, Yuengling rolled out a patriotic commercial and featured an actual attractive young woman.
Meanwhile in France, the Macron administration has been blaming the internet and social media for the rioting. Thus, their answer is to shut down uncomfortable elements of the internet – particularly those showing the actual violence of the rioters. Au contraire says French Police Chief, “These aren’t riots – it’s war”.
I am sure there will be an article on Denver Riggleman who just took a job to defend Hunter Biden against misinformation. Riggleman is quoted as saying “Truth matters. When I took this job, I wasn’t pro-Hunter or anti-Hunter. I am pro-data and facts. Forensics make clear that considerable information linked to Hunter Biden is questionable.” The conclusion is that Trump did it in the parlor with a pewter candle stick.
Finally, an oldie but goodie from the indomitable Winston Churchill. You, sir, are drunk” said Lady Astor. Winston replied “Yes, madam, I am. And you are ugly. But tomorrow I will be sober.”

not a gop fan as you all know but I find Denver to be very bright, a patriot, reasonable and an asset to this country
Clarification: My err was to omit the person’s name my comments were referring to: previous Congressman Riggleman.
On the other hand, the author presented interesting, and funnie quotes.
This ‘person’ has proved to be an opportunist. Exaggerated, and perhaps delusions of grandeur of long past military experience have been his “claim to fame.” Those [few] assignments, details of duties, and accomplishments are not public records. Moreover, it was an extraordinary quirk of fate that promoted him to the primaries and got him elected as Congressman in a no-fail red district. It went downhill from there. Otherwise, he would do Virginia better by going home.
