UPDATE TUESDAY 2:00 PM Herring still up 117. Fairfax has finally finished interviewing all the provisional ballot voters, but no report of any numbers. I suspect they will be ‘tabulating’ for some time to come, to make their announcement as dramatic as possible. It’s what they do.
UPDATE MONDAY 9:00 PM Herring up by 117, with no Fairfax provisional ballots reported.
Monday: 2:30 pm Herring is up by 100. The next big slug of votes will be Fairfax, tomorrow at midnight, but I will update all the numbers as they come in. The electoral board in Fairfax will stretch this out as long as they possibly can to continue their 15 minutes of infamy and to make sure every democrat vote is counted for Herring. This thread will be updated as votes come in so check back frequently. The state website is always behind. Monday 4:00pm More Richmond numbers in, Herring by 115. Fairfax will interview more provisional voters tomorrow between 10 am and 1 pm.
