Rapid City South Dakota and the Black Hills are experiencing an early record snowfall with up to 11 inches of snow falling in some parts of the area. This is the earliest snow to hit Rapid City since 1888. Eleven inches of snow is predicted to blanket the Black Hills, making them the White Hills!
