RETRIAL: The Department of Justice has indicated it will retry Ron Paul Presidential Campaign aides Jesse R. Benton, 37, of Louisville, Kentucky (married to Paul’s granddaughter); John M. Tate, 53, of Warrenton, Virginia; and Dimitrios N. Kesari, 49, of Hamilton, Virginia on charges relating to covering up alleged payments to Iowa State Senator Kent Sorenson to switch support from Michelle Bachmann to Ron Paul.  According to the November 3, 2015 order issued by District Court Judge John Garvey the retrial for Kesari, who had a hung jury on the majority of the counts against him, is set for December 14, 2015. This case was previously profiled by The Bull Elephant here.

The Obama Justice Department wants a conviction here in these Ron Paul associations in the worst way and will proceed to litigate until they get one, in the worst way that is.
