Today was a beautiful day in Virginia, over 80 degrees, so it’s hard to believe that parts of the North East and the Appalachian mountains may have snow for Halloween but that’s what some forecasters are telling us. If not snow, then a cold rain. Either way is not fun for Trick or Treat!
