This does not look good, unless you are a skier. We are going to have a winter with more snow and cold than normal. Doug Kammerer, meteorologist at NBC4, is predicting Loudoun county will have between 23 and 30 inches of snow this winter with less snow in Fairfax and the rest of the area. Doug Hill at ABC7 is forecasting less snow. Another weather team weighs in here.
