Despite repeated denials from Democrats, voter fraud is real. One Democrat operative was so proud of his long history of rigging elections that he gave an interview to explain many of his techniques. In an August 29 “New York Post” article, this long-time Democrat operative said that “voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth.” He claims not only to have spent decades engaging in election rigging, he also has trained at least twenty others in the fine art of election fraud. And he knows what he does is wrong. He demanded anonymity from the reporter because he fears prosecution.
His crusade to rig elections has affected local, state, and federal elections in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He says the smaller the race, the easier it is to rig the result. He regularly swung elections by hundreds and occasionally thousands of votes. It is possible that similar operations exist in every state in the union. And remember that Mark Obenshain lost the Virginia Attorney General race by less than 900 votes in 2013 out of 2.2 million cast.
And to make voter fraud easier in Virginia, the Democratic controlled General Assembly is passing laws that make it much easier for election riggers to operate. Absentee ballots no longer need witness signatures. One common practices of election riggers is to request an absentee ballot, make copies, and mark them to suit their aims. Then they visit individuals who have requested absentee ballots (yes, a daily list can be purchased from the State Board of Elections). They offer to take the voter’s ballot (in the sealed envelope) and deliver it to the registrar – as a public service, of course. Once they get their hands on the signed envelope, they steam it open, and if the ballot is not favorable to their candidates, they replace the ballot with a counterfeit ballot marked to suit their masters.
Since steaming open ballots takes about five minutes per envelope, another tactic is to collect sealed envelopes from individuals who have a record of voting in Republican primaries and simply fail to deliver the ballots in time for them to be counted.
Sometimes postal employees are in on the rigging. When ballots are mailed back to the registrar from strong Republican areas, an underhanded mail carrier could simply throw the ballot envelopes in a dumpster. In other incidents, baskets of ballot envelopes were “accidentally” set off to the side at a mail processing center and went undiscovered until it was too late.
Democrat operatives are often encouraged to get jobs at nursing homes and then request ballots for incompetent and ill residents who they then “help” vote before returning their ballots for them.
Another tactic is to identify registered voters who regularly fail to vote in elections and then have operatives show up early in the day pretending to be those voters. Democrats in Virginia’s General Assembly have made it much easier to do that by removing the photo ID requirement at the polls.
Another tactic came into play when electoral boards in areas where the vote riggers operated were determining which mailed in ballots to accept and which to reject due to irregularities. If the ballot envelope came in with a bent corner, that was a sign that the fix was in on that ballot and the Democrat members of the board knew not to object to it. I reiterate that this was reportedly done in New Jersey, and I have no direct knowledge of any electoral board member in Virginia being involved in this type of behavior.
Voter fraud is happening. The Heritage Foundation has documented over 1000 instances of voter fraud in the United States during the past 20 years alone.
Protect yourself. Vote in person if at all possible. If not, go to your local Registrar’s office after September 18 and vote “absentee in person.” You no longer need a reason. And you get to make sure your ballot is properly cast. Finally, don’t let anyone else get control of your ballot or your ballot envelope unless you trust them implicitly. If you do fill out a ballot you received in the mail, return your ballot to your Registrar’s office or, on election day, to your regular polling place. It’s the only way to make sure your vote is actually your vote and not the result of an orchestrated effort to manipulate the election and rob you of your vote.
