Virginia’s former Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is expected to be appointed to head immigration policy at the Department of Homeland Security. There is even speculation that Cuccinelli may be taped to head the Department of Homeland Security.
Cuccinelli’s official title and duties are yet to be determined.
A formal announcement could come later this week.
