This being Memorial Day and the kick off of summer, we take a peak at the weather forecast for the summer of 2016. For much of the country we will have above average temperatures. The first couple of weeks of June will be cooler in the Northeast but then things heat up for the rest of the summer.
Most of the country will have average precipitation although most of Virginia will be dryer than normal.
