Estrada is a second generation Puerto Rican who is concerned about how much we are taxed, particularly in Leesburg where city residents are taxed twice, once by the county and again by the town of Leesburg.
In November Estrada will face Democrat and Leesburg Mayor Kristen C. Umstattd. Current Leesburg supervisor Ken Reid said although Umstattd has been a good Mayor on the Board of Supervisors she will vote like a Democrat so we must elect Will Estrada to keep our taxes low and to fulfill the priorities of a Republican board of supervisor.

For Immediate Release
Today, Leesburg resident Will Estrada announced his intention to run as a Republican for the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors from the Leesburg district.
“I am running to ensure that our schools remain world-class. Our son will be school age in two years. This is personal for me. And at the same time, we need a supervisor who will fight to lower taxes, and who will fight to ensure that Leesburg gets its fair share of transportation funding,” said Estrada. “I am excited to be running to serve the citizens of Leesburg. My wife and I are raising our family here. My grandfather was born in Puerto Rico. He moved to New York City in the early 1950s where my dad was born. I’ve been blessed to live the American dream.”
