Fox5 News in DC has issued their weather forecast for this winter. They expect this winter to be colder than average with more snow, 16 to 24 inches. They predict more frequent, fast moving, clipper systems rather than the Armageddon snows we’ve had in past years. It will be a long winter with a cold Spring.
The first bout of cold weather will come toward the end of November. Perhaps a White Thanksgiving? The end of December will also be cold.
