Former Delegate Dave LaRock has filed to run for Governor in his attempt to run to the right presumed nominee Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears.
From his new campaign website:

His priority issues:

I do not understand your reasoning. If she can’t easily beat LaRock in a primary, even if Democrats show up for LaRock because they don’t have a primary that day, then the people in central and Southwest Virginia, and the rich farmers in Eastern Virginia, are going to stay at home in November anyhow. Will eliminating LaRock motivate the old fat white guys to vote for Sears? If Sears cannot get Trump to stump for her on the campaign trail, and find about $25 million bucks, it ain’t looking good. And, who is going to throw money at LaRock? Could Trump be behind LaRock running? Did Mayares get out because he knew he could not beat Spanberger?
