Gilmore fails to make the cut. Former Governor Jim Gilmore won’t be in Wednesday’s Presidential debate. He failed to qualify for either of the debates on Wednesday night at the Reagan library. Gilmore has failed to reach 1% in the polls CNN uses to qualify. Eleven top tier Republicans will debate at 8:00, another five will debate at 6:00. Details here.
