Please note the hypocrisy of Virginia Democrats screaming about alleged racial gerrymandering by Republicans in contrast with Bobby Scott’s hope that the 4th Circuit will create a second district where “minority preferred” (his words) candidates will be elected. “Scott says redistricting could give Virginia a second black representative.”
