Virginia state Sen. Bryce Reeves, R-Spotsylvania, declared his candidacy for Senate next year to challenge three term incumbent Mark Warner.
Reeves said today on social media:
“I’ll never back down when it comes to protecting Virginia,” Reeves wrote. “From the Army to walking the streets as a cop to the State Senate, I have always put our families first. Now I am running for U.S. Senate to protect our way of life and secure a stronger future.”

President Trump is NOT on the ballot. Winsome Earle-Sears is on the campaign trail and working for all Virginia’s health care.
” Winsome Earle-Sears is on the campaign trail . . . ”
Is that why she skipped five stops on her planned bus toru of SW VA?
Looking forward to him running for Virginia Senate.
Virginians are asking “where is Winsome?” as Winsome Earle-Sears skips more stops on her bus tour with no explanation.
Sears has skipped stops in Harrisonburg, Lexington, Wytheville, Abingdon, and Marion.
Virginians are worried about losing their healthcare coverage; rural clinics are closing because of the Trump tax law that Winsome Earle-Sears backs — and Sears cannot even be bothered to show up for her own campaign event and face Virginians.
We need to know why okay with ripping healthcare away from those who need it. Sears must answer why she’s hiding from Virginians and cheering on devastating healthcare cuts but all she wants to talk about is which bathroom kids use at school (she is weird).
