To all Virginia Republicans, Libertarians and Independents here at TBE let Governor Youngkin know that he has to request an immediate bill from our General Assembly that amends 2022 SB 121 he signed into law and add a requirement for General Contractors to obtain the Virginia Employment Commission Tax ID number from their “independent contractors” they are contracting with, if not this is only going to provide Sanctuary Employment for illegal aliens of all demographics combined with exacerbating employee misclassification, tax, employment and insurance fraud.
SB121 was brought to our General Assembly by two Republican State Senators that are Virginia Licensed Building Contractors.

One cannot honestly make a claim of being American First without being Virginia First.

Oh this was not a good bill, this was bad for Virginia, bad for America. I said Glenn don’t do it but they did and here were are, I wouldn’t have done that deal this is a bad deal. This is why we have to get back to the White House to stop crooked Joe and get back to making deals that benefit Americans.
