There is no date set to even partially re-open Northern Virginia

Some localities may be permitted to keep stricter conditions in place for a period of time, some regions might need “another week or two” before beginning to open up

Northam won’t tell us until Monday if he is going to let Executive Order 53 expire on May 8th and allow some business to re-open.
