It is like a story from the Twilight Zone. Larry Nordvig, former Executive Director of Richmond Tea Party (RTP), voted for a 5% spending increase in Powhatan and twice voted down a one cent tax rate reduction as a newly elected Supervisor for Powhatan County. It is shocking coming from a man who once led the “Taxed Enough Already” Richmond Tea Party.
