Bad weather usually favors Republicans and the weather across the democrat land, NOVA, is expected to have terrible weather for the rest of the day.
Rush Limbaugh said his minions on the ground in NOVA are reporting a low turnout. Some of our most Republican precincts in Loudoun are reporting big turnouts. What have you seen at your precincts?
