Who is running (or rumored to be) against Tim Kaine for Senate?

Today Constitutional law attorney Jonathan Emord (R-Clifton) is set to announce his run for Senate next year against Senator Tim Kaine. Emord is also a columnist at TownHall.com. More about Emord here.

Radio station WMAL reported Hung Cao (R-Loudoun), a recent nominee for Congress in the 10th district, is considering a Senate run next year. Politico said the same here.

Also running is attorney Commander Chuck Smith of Virginia Beach.
