Curtis Colgate, a candidate running for the open 2nd District GOP Chairman seat against State Senator Frank Wagner, has just issued an email stating that an appeal has been filed to seat all the delegates that were slated off last month in Virginia Beach.

A crowd of 1,000 Republicans turned out in Virginia Beach last night for a meeting in which establishment Republicans disenfranchised over 900 of them.

As we reported last week, Sen. Frank Wagner’s allies have been rumored to be planning to exclude hundreds of delegates to the 2nd District Republican Convention. This now appears to be more than rumor, and Wagner has refused to put an end to this repugnant strategy.
